General description/What I need from you

  • Commissioned portraits at the prices listed are for a single subject with a flat or abstract background of one or more colors

  • Please provide a clear and/or high resolution photo(s) of your pet as reference (feel free to tell me all about them too!) 

  • Having a general idea of what additional colors or designs you want is also very helpful!

  • All commissions are done traditionally with acrylic paints on canvas and will be mailed via usps with insurance/tracked shipping and will need a signature on delivery unless opted out of (I’m also open to meetups or drop offs if you live locally!)

  • Further communication after initial quote/price agreement and acceptance will be via email only

Payment

  • Dm/email me for an initial quote (all further communication after commission is accepted via email only) as prices are subject to change depending on complexity of the project, number of revisions, and/or time requests

  • Sliding scale prices are listed to fit within your budget! BUT can’t go below the minimum that is listed!

  • Payment is via paypal or venmo

  • Payment is a third up front, a third after final sketch and color choices are approved, and the last third on completion of the final painting (before it is sent out and/or dropped off)

  • Work on each step with not begin until payment on invoice is received

Refunds

  • Can only be given before work has begun

  • Refunds after this period can be given if I cannot complete the commission for any reason OR I no longer wish to work with the client

Time estimates

  • The process could take from 10 days to a month depending on size, complexity, number of revisions, ease/quickness of communication, and/or busy-ness with other projects (I will definitely let you know if there are any delays on my end so please bear with me!)

  • If you have a set deadline for the work to be completed (and sent out), please let me know BEFORE we agree to a price!

Rights

  •  I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason (and will provide a refund if applicable)

  • Commissions are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or redistributed for profit, or used to train AI

  • Client may post/repost commissioned work on their own social media account so long as artistic credit is given

  • Please notify me if you do not want me to post the rough sketches and/or finished work to my social media accounts (preferably before work is started but please also let me know if you change your mind)

  • Submitting payment on the first invoice indicates to me that you have read and accepted all of these terms
